Von der Heyden Group, an investor and developer, together with the City of Poznań, officially opened Andersia Tower in Poznań's centre.
The construction work was performed by HOCHTIEF Polska Budokor Branch in cooperation with HOCHTIEF Polska Poz-Building Branch. The 22-storey building was built on Anders Sq.
Andersia Tower is a mixed-use development comprising 35,000 m of office, hotel, and retail space. The lower floors are a 4-star deluxe hotel with 171 rooms, suites with an executive floor, retail outlets, restaurants, conference center, large banquet & ballroom (for up to 800 people) and fitness centre with a swimming pool.
The IBB Andersia Hotel will be operated by IBB Hotels Polska Sp. z o.o. - a Spanish operator - who already successfully manages the IBB Grand Hotel Lublinianka in Lublin. The upper floors of the Andersia Tower are class "A" office space.
