Von der Heyden Group, the developer of Liberty Corner, has announced the signing of rental contact with the Embassy of Ireland. The lease term is term is ten years. Sven von der Heyden said the transaction should give the building the momentum it needs to fill up by the summer of 2005. ''It is an honor to house the Embassy of Ireland, in particular given our already existing strong links with the Irish business community in Poland'', he said. Singed Sept. 9, the embassy is scheduled to move in on December 15. The Irish have taken a full floor, or 672 m2. The USD 21 million building stands on ground once occupied by the headquarters of the country's official censorship organ, but today its main tenant is the Polish Press Agency. In all it has around 7500 m2 of leaseable office space. Liberty Corner was built by Hochtief and signed by PRC Architekci.
