The Von der Heyden Group of companies was founded in 1989. According to the company philosophy, an independent SPV-company is established in order to implement a certain project on the real estate market in conjunction with financial institutions combined with classic "non-recourse" financing.
The companies, which are a part of the Von der Heyden Group, have since 1989 finished an investment program in the real estate markets with a value of more than approx. 275 million Euros. In 2010/2011 there are investments under development and/or acquisition in the amount of approximately 125 million Euros.
After the completion of the impending acquisitions, the effective total volume will increase to 400 million Euros by the end of 2011.

Von der Heyden Development Sp. z o.o. is a member of Von der Heyden Group and acts as the service consultancy arm of the VDHG for Europe. Von der Heyden Development Sp. z o.o. also grants real estate development services including consultancy and project management to selected outside clients.

Germany:
KASA Investments GmbH invests in high-yield real estate, primarily in Erfurt, Leipzig, Berlin, Plauen and Dresden. The company follows an ambitious investment program and has invested since 2006 approx. 20 million Euros.
Bogenhausener Tor, Munich: VDHG purchased three functional well-maintained office buildings and a warehouse building in the top strategic location in Munich.
Poland:
Andersia Business Centre, Poznan: the high class office complex (app. 14.500 sqm net usable area) which will be located in the centre of Poznań in front of the Poznan Financial Centre and Andersia Tower Building. Investment costs are estimated at Euro 33 million. Construction of underground works started in March 2010.
Andersia Silver, Poznan: the fourth and final development phase of the entire scheme of Andersa Square in Poznań (app. 30.000 sqm net usable area). After Andersia Tower, Andersia Silver will be the highest building in Poznań. Investment costs are estimated at Euro 90 million. Start of construction is not scheduled yet.
Długi Targ, Gdańsk: refurbishment and conversion of a historical building into a 4 Star Deluxe Hotel with a total area of approximately 4.600 m2 and 84 rooms. The building is located in the heart of Gdansk Old Town, at the corner of Długi Targ Street and Mieszczanska Street, almost opposite to the famous Neptun''s Statue and the Dwor Artusa historical building. The property consists of three semidetached historical city houses with three different historically renovated and well preserved frontal elevations. Hotel rooms will be located on four floors with many of them facing the vibrant life and streams of tourists on the Długi Targ Street.
Nowy Swiat Atrium, Warsaw: High quality four-storey office building with a 2-storey underground car park (app. 5.200 sqm usable area) with retail function located in the very heart of Warsaw close to the Trzech Krzyży Square. Investment costs are estimated at Euro 24 million. Start of construction is not scheduled yet.
Residential Refurbishment at Wilcza 22 Street, Warsaw: a renovation project in the very centre of Warsaw. The building has been acquired by the Von der Heyden Group already back in the year 2000. With approx. 2.600 m2 of residential space, this period building has been turned into a masterpiece, as an example of the quality of the renovation works undertaken by the Von der Heyden Group together with a small group of co-owners.
IBB Hotels Group, Spain: The Von der Heyden Group is the majority shareholder of the IBB Hotels Group, which has holdings in a series of established three, four and five star hotels with properties in Spain (Menorca) in Poland (Lublin and Poznan) as well as in Germany (Erfurt, Passau and Badenweiler). The company which has currently approx. 1,100 beds, wants to expand its business into more demanding markets over the next few years. IBB Hotels actively follows the plan to expand its activities on the German and hotel market and to also effectively expand in Poland.
IBB Hotels has great interest in establishing a foothold in the hotel market in Munich and is interested to manage a 4 star hotel at the capital of Bavaria, which might also be developed by the Von der Heyden Group.
