Andersia Business Centre (app. 14.500 sqm net usable area, underground car park with 150 parking places) is the third phase of Anders Square development. The high class office complex will be located in the centre of Poznan in front of the Poznan Financial Centre and Andersia Tower Buildings in the neighbourhood of the Old Town, Stary Browar and Poznan International Fairs.

The 5-storey Andersia Business Centre has been designed by the Architectural Studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipinski.

Porr (Polska) S.A. has won the tender for the General Contractor of "0" stage of ABC. The underground works are planned to be completed in October 2010.
