The "A" class office building in the centre of Warsaw at Ks. Skorupki 4 Street (7,200 m2 gross area, 4,000 m2 of net usable area) was sold from drawings prior to construction commencement to the Polish Bank Guarantee Fund as their new corporate headquarters.
Construction works began in September 1998 and were conducted by Bilfinger+Berger (Polska), the subsidiary of the German/International construction giant, with an asset base of approx. 5.6 billion USD. Design and Engineering works were conducted by SAP-Project Sp. z o. o. from Warsaw, with support from the British/Polish firm, PRC FEWSTER.
This transaction was insofar unique in post-war Polish history, as the building was sold prior to the start of construction works.
