Estimated investment value: 17 million Euro

Originally three-star hotel (***) located at the outskirts of the city centre was planned in Warsaw. Start of constuction was scheduled once the hotel market recovered. The hotel was comprise 180 rooms, a swimming pool, fitness, conference rooms. The site of 6.125 m2 was secured for this development.

The plot was reclassified as residential and upon receiving a valid planning permit was sold to a major Spanish developer.
