The first modern class "A" office building in Poznan (32.500 m2 gross area, 18.500 m2 net usable area) with an exclusive retail, situated in a superb city centre location at Andersa Square close to the Poznan International Fair.

Construction works lasted 27 months and finished in February 2001. Complex underground works were completed by Energopol - 7 S.A. from Poznan according to the architectural plans of the Design Studio of Dr Ewa and Dr Stanislaw Sipinski. The Project Manager was Probuild Sp. z o. o. from Poznań. In September 1999, a lengthy tender was concluded to select a General Contractor for the building, which was won by Bilfinger + Berger (Polska) Sp. z o. o. The topping out ceremony was held on June 19, 2000.

The building is characterised by the highest European standard of fixtures and fittings in foundation, construction, installation, elevation and finishing works. 11.200 m2 were pre-leased during construction to BZWBK, a subsidiary of Allied Irish Bank, Dublin. Other tenants are: Polkomtel, Usinor - the world's largest steel maker, Dresdner Bank, Allianz and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Avon, just to mention a few.

Poznan Financial Centre was sold to AIB Polonia Property Fund S.a.r.l. in December 2004.
