In the first quarter of 2010, Von der Heyden Group is to start the development the first phase of the Andersia Business Center (previously known as Andersia Front Office) on pl. Anders in Poznań. The company has already received a building permit for the project and is in the process of selecting a general contractor. The company have already built two other offices in the same neighbourhood: the Poznań Financial Center and Andersia Tower, with the latter having been sold to the Deka Immobilien fund. The new office building will have a total surface area of 14,000 sqm and provide a street frontage for ul. Królowej Jadwiga. The final stage of the development will see the 116m tall Andersia Silver skyscraper built, containing 31,000 sqm of office space and retail. However, construction work is unlikely to start in the next few years.
