The mixed-use Andersia Tower complex in Poznań is now 96 pct leased - according to the project's developer, the Von der Heyden Group. IKB Leasing Polska is to occupy 1,172 sqm of office space and Ernst & Young will lease 742 sqm, whilst Grafton Recruitment and Efect Financial Consulting will rent 180 sqm and 250 sqm respectively. But the largest single tenant - a thus far unnamed international institution - will occupy 6,655 sqm of the 10,500 sqm of office space within the complex. Andersia Tower is located on pl. Gen. Andersa has a combined gross area of 32,000 sqm of office, hotel and leisure space. The app. EUR 58 mln investment is due to be ready this summer.
