The Von der Heyden Group (VDHG) started a four-star hotel project called Długi Targ Hotel, in Gdańsk after it purchased a 2,500-square-meter complex in a bid organized by Millennium Bank. The building consists of three semi-detached historic city houses, with three different renovated frontal elevations. The company intends to convert the buildings into a deluxe boutique hotel following a thorough refurbishment. Work is due to start in autumn of 2006 and will last until winter of the following year.
