'New four-star IBB Andersia Hotel in Poznań', INWESTOR Gazeta Inwestycyjna
The newest hotel in Poznań is now open its for guests! This is the most important and the biggest project completed by IBB Hotels in Polska.
The Hotel has 171 rooms ( 100 rooms located on four floors have been given at guests disposal so far) incl. 147 Comfort rooms, 12 Junior Suites, one Executive floor containing eight Executive rooms, three Senior Suites and over 100-square-metre Presidential Apartment. Each bedroom has Internet access.
Conference and banquet facilities have over 1000 square metres, which enables the preparation of symposia and conferences for 800 people. Flexible spatial arrangements and the latest equipment are offered, such as air conditioning and A/V technology.
Among others, hotel guests may use: a swimming pool, a modern fitness club and a SPA Institute. A Restaurant offering exceptional cuisine and a Lobby bar are also located in the hotel. The hotel is equipped with an undergound car park.
The investor and developer of Andersia Tower, the building hosting the hotel, is Von Heyden Group.
Spanish IBB Hotel chain is now managing a lot of objects all over Europe. IBB Hotels announces subsequent projects. The first one will be a four-star Hotel de Luxe in Gdańsk at Długi Targ whose opening is scheduled for Autumn 2008. The Group is also going to manage luxury golf hotels that are built on Spanish coasts. The first project will be finished at the beginning of 2010.
