The Von Der Heyden Group (VDHG) has received final permission to begin work on the Maraton Gardens residential estate in Poznan, a 251-apartment project between ul. Krolowej Jadwigi and ul. Maratonska. The flats will go on sale after March. VDHG has also received a building permit for a renovation project in Warsaw on ul. Wilcza 22. Construction work on the €4 million (zł.15.4) residential investment is to start in April. The developer is also in negotiations with Warsaw's local authorities over the plans for the Nowy Swiat Atrium - a redevelopment of a courtyard into 59 apartments with a commercial component and a total usable area of 4,270 sqm. The redevelopment is worth approximately €10 (zt.38.6) million. This investment will not be started before the beginning of 2008.
