According to information obtained from Adam Trybusz, chairman of Andersia Property, a company which is part of Von der Heyden Group, the realization of a 5-story office building called "Andersia Front Office" will begin on Królowej Jadwigi Street in Poznań in the fourth quarter of this year. The building, which will have an area of ca. 20,000 sqm, was designed by the "Sipińscy" workshop. The developer is in possession of valid permission for the realization of the enterprise.

In April Von der Heyden Group will acquire conditions of development for the realization of the "Andersia Tower" apartment-service outlet on Królowej Jadwigi Street. According to the preliminary concept prepared by the "Sipińscy" workshop, the skyscraper, which will have an area of 20,000 sqm, will be taller than the 21-story "Andersia Tower" building. Offices and services will be located on the first lower levels, and the rest of the outlet will be taken up by apartments. The realization of the investment will begin no earlier than the second half of 2008. The total cost of the realization of "Andersia Front Office" and "Andersia Silver" is estimated at 100 mln euro.
