The Wilcza 22 renovation project in the center of Warsaw has been shortlisted for the Central and Eastern Europe Quality Awards 2009 organized by the CEE Insight Forum in association with the Financial Times. The developer behind the project to renovate the 19th-century residential building at 22 Wilcza St. is Von der Heyden Group.

There are still four apartments for sale in the building. Floor space ranges from 66 sq m to 114 sq m. Each apartment has two levels and up to three balconies.
