A 33-million-euro office complex called the Andersia Business Centre (ABC) is now under construction in the western city of Poznań, Wielkopolska province. The developer is Von der Heyden Group and the general contractor responsible for the initial stage of the project is Porr Polska SA. The Andersia Business Centre marks phase three of a development project on Andersa Square.

The Andersia Business Centre will be an office complex with five stories above ground and two underground levels with 170 parking spaces. It will have a total usable space of around 14,500 sq m. The building will be located on Królowej Jadwigi Street in the center of Poznań near Stary Rynek Square.
