'Andersia Tower Opens in Poznań', The Warsaw Voice online
A high-rise office building known as Andersia Tower opened in the western city of Poznań in early December in a project carried out by Von der Heyden Group as the investor and developer, in partnership with the Poznań City Administration. Hochtief Polska handled construction works.
The 20-storey Andersia Tower rises to 102 meters in the center of Poznań on Andersa Square, close to the Old Market Square and the Poznań International Fair (MTP) grounds.
The building houses office space, a hotel, and retail and service outlets. The lower floors are occupied by a four-star hotel with 171 rooms, a conference center, four reception rooms 800 guests, and retail space. Hotel guests can use a fitness center, a sauna, steam baths and a swimming pool.
The uppermost 10 floors house class-A office space. Two underground levels hold a garage for 200 cars. The total usable floor area of the building is 35,000 square meters. The building was designed by a studio owned by Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński.
