After two-and-a-half years, renovation work was completed in early November on a 19th-century tenement house at 22 Wilcza St. in the heart of Warsaw. Since 2000, the building has been owned by international developer Von der Heyden Group.

Apart from renovating the front of the tenement house, the Von der Heyden Group built an extra floor with five new, split-level apartments. Five apartments sized 54-114 sq m are still available in the building.
