Von der Heyden Group and the city of Poznań sold the firm's subsidiary Centrum Kongresowe Biurowiec, the owner of Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe, to the Irish fund AIB Polonia Property - Von der Heyden Group representatives disclosed on December 30. The details of the transaction have not been revealed. The seller was advised by Knight Frank. Poznańskie Centrum Finansowe is located on pl. Andersa and has the floor space of sqm 32,000. Its main tenant is the member of the AIB Group Bank Zachodni WBK. Other tenants are PricewaterhouseCoopers, Polkomtel, Dresdner Bank Polska and Arcelor. After finalizing the deal von der Heyden Group will concentrate on the construction of the second stage of the Poznań based Andersia Tower center - a 100 meter high hotel and office building, on which the investor is going to spend about EUR 53 million. The construction should be completed in the fall 2006.
