The opening ceremony has taken place for the Andersia Tower. It was developed by the Von der Heyden Group, which is the joint inve­stor of the project in partnership with the city of Poznań. There is to be a four-star hotel with 171 rooms in the 20-storey building, as well as a conference centre, 4 banąueting halls, shopping and office space. The building will contain a utility space of 35,000 sqm and have a volume of 184,846 cubic metres.
