Which sectors in which countries offer the best opportunities for 2008?

Despite the fact that our heart is beating in Central Eastern Europe we believe that the number 1. market in terms of returns will be Germany overall, especially when taking also market risks into consideration. In terms of second I believe in Germany in hotels and residential, in Poland my favorites are offices and hotels.

What are your personal and business goals for 2008?

We want to build another 20.000 to 30.000 sqm of prime office space in Poznan, successfully complete our high end residential refurbishment project in Warsaw and buy a couple more hotels and residential buildings in Germany.
